Services

Two ways to work with us.

Express advisory — productised quick-turn services priced per session, delivered in days. Scoped engagements — multi-week practice-area briefs, priced per engagement against a written scope of work.

Express advisory

Bounded questions, answered quickly.

For the specific, bounded question that doesn’t warrant a scoped engagement — a decision sanity-check, a documentation review, a diagnostic call on one line or one supplier. Priced per session, delivered in days rather than weeks.

Written query
$49 – $149

One operational question, answered in writing within 24 hours. Useful when you want a second opinion before a meeting or a sanity-check on a decision.

Clinic call
$99 – $349

A 30-minute video call on one defined question, with a short written summary afterwards. Good for single-topic clarification or framing a larger brief.

Focused session
$249 – $699

A 60-minute working session on a specific topic, followed by a written memo capturing recommendations and next steps.

Half-day diagnostic
$599 – $999

A four-hour deep-dive on one area of operations — line-level, supplier-level, or a specific quality or regulatory question — with a written report.

How it works

Describe your question via the contact form. We confirm scope within one working day and send a secure card payment link for the agreed fee. Once paid, we schedule the session or begin the written work. Deliverables are returned within the timeframe quoted.

A note on pricing. All Express Advisory services are priced per brief. The ranges above indicate typical pricing; final fees are confirmed in writing after the scoping conversation and reflect the depth, urgency, and deliverable format you need. Out-of-range briefs are quoted separately under Custom advisory.

Scoped engagements

Four practice areas.

For multi-week briefs. We do not publish list prices here — each engagement is scoped and fixed-fee priced against defined deliverables, site visits, and reporting cadence.

01

Manufacturing process advisory

Line-level operational reviews that answer a specific, costly question: why is yield lower than it should be, why are changeovers taking this long, where is cost leaking.

Typical deliverables
  • Two to four days on-site observation per production line
  • Written diagnostic with prioritised recommendations
  • Cost/benefit estimates for each recommendation
  • Follow-up check-in at 60 and 120 days
Who it's for. Mid-volume manufacturers with $5M–$100M annual production value. Typical engagement 6–10 weeks.
02

Supply chain optimisation

Supplier consolidation, lead-time reduction, and inventory policy design for operators with multi-region sourcing or distribution.

Typical deliverables
  • Supplier map with tier-by-tier risk and concentration analysis
  • Lead-time and inventory policy recommendations
  • Sourcing scenarios modelled against volume and currency assumptions
  • Transition plan with milestones and owners
Who it's for. Operators managing 20+ direct suppliers or sourcing across two or more regions. Typical engagement 8–12 weeks.
03

Quality systems

ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and GMP-aligned quality system design, documentation, and internal audit preparation. We do not issue certificates — we prepare you for an external certification body audit.

Typical deliverables
  • Gap assessment against the target standard
  • Document pack: quality manual, SOPs, work instructions, record templates
  • Internal auditor training for a nominated team member
  • Pre-audit review 30 days before the certification audit
Who it's for. Producers preparing for first certification or moving between standards. Typical engagement 10–16 weeks.
04

Regulatory documentation

Technical file preparation for market access — product specifications, batch records, and coordination with third-party testing laboratories and certificate issuers. Particular depth in Indonesian regulatory bodies: BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan — the Indonesian food and drug regulator) for food, beverage, cosmetics, and supplement notifications; halal certification coordination via LPPOM-MUI and BPJPH; MoT and SNI standards for industrial products.

Typical deliverables
  • Product specification and testing plan
  • Batch record templates and retention protocol
  • Coordination with accredited testing laboratories
  • BPOM notification dossiers and halal certification coordination where applicable
  • Technical dossier ready for submission
Who it's for. Indonesian manufacturers entering a new export market or certification regime; regional clients preparing for Indonesian distribution. Scope varies; pricing on written brief.

Not sure which area fits?

Most client briefs touch two of these areas. Start with a scoping call and we'll agree the shape of the work together.
